What Grounding Means
Grounding is the practice of becoming present enough to meet life without being swallowed by it. It is the ability to remain in your body while the mind is racing. It is the wisdom to breathe before you believe. It is the strength to pause before you react. It is the humility to return to the Earth when the unknown becomes too loud. Grounding does not make you less spiritual. It makes your spirituality safer, clearer, and more embodied. A soul that is not grounded can mistake fear for intuition. A mind that is not grounded can mistake noise for truth. A body that is not grounded can carry the world's panic as if it belongs to you. Grounding returns you to what is real in this moment.
